Specialist - Talent Acquisition - Education (5-7 yrs)
We are currently retained by a leading education company to find a Talent Acquisition specialist to handle their hiring for mid to senior levels.
- The role is based in Bangalore.
To qualify you must have the following :
- Executive search consultant with minimum 5 years of experience in handling senior level talent.
- Expertise in sourcing from multiple channels especially social media (if you have been used to hiring only from job boards this role will not work for you)
- Ability to understand job requirements much beyond whats written in the JD
- Ability to pitch role to candidates effectively
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle senior level stakeholders and manage the hiring process smoothly
- Ability to deal with partners on certain niche roles
