Key responsibilities

- Be a change agent in bringing in data driven approach in problem solving & decision making process.

- Drive Six Sigma methodology in implementing Process & Quality improvements [For ex. Overall DPHH score improvements] across the center.

- Developing metrics for measuring and monitoring processes in the respective function.

- Developing relevant tools, techniques, methods and modules on continual improvements.

- Training Green Belts [GBs] using relevant modules & exercises.

- Active support in conducting RCAs and data analysis on problems.

- Periodic monitoring & control of Quality Management System.

- Periodic mentoring of GB projects, tracking progress and driving timely closure.

Skill set required -

- Passion for problem solving & continuous improvement.

- Good oral and written communication skills. - Basic statistical knowledge
