We are Looking For R& D Specialist for a leading edible Oil Company which is going to start their new brand i.e Tomato Ketchups.

Role : R&D Specialist

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 5+ In R&D of Ketchup, having experience in wide range of food product development such as Tomato Ketch-up, Mayonnaise, Cheese flavoured spread,

Job responsibilities :

- To report to Manager- Research and Development regarding product development and related activities.

- Responsible for planning, organizing and conducting lab trials for Lead development of new product and modification of existing product.

- New product development as per the market & customers demands in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements and provides nutritional information as per the requirements

- Sensory evaluation of the new food products during its developmental stages and effective utilization of generated verbal sensory data to make better final product.

- Documentation of all scientific developmental works in compliance to the product development process.

- Provides plan for new developed products to production persons.
