Position : Specialist - Recruitment

Location - Gurgaon/ Hyderabad/ Bangalore

Reporting to : Manager

Individual Contributor role

Experience : 6+ years

Key responsibilities areas :

- Independently manage end to end recruiting process.

- Review requisitions, understand hiring needs and conduct search to identify suitable candidate.

- Manage technology hiring across levels.

- Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates

- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management, conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratio.

- Hands on experience and in-depth understanding of product hiring.

- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches.

- Experience in full life-cycle recruitment with hands on expertise in using various recruitment tools, candidate management, stakeholder management, salary negotiations etc.

- Deliver high quality work in a high-paced, dynamic work environment by managing time and effort.

Desired Skills :

- Should have Bachelors and Management degree.

- Should have expertise in technology product hiring.

- Should have 6+ years of progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.

- Advanced knowledge of recruiting techniques to attract passive candidates within the product software industry.

- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.

- Heavily networked and should be knowledgeable of leading search practices.

- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, networking and communications skills.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills are required.

- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision; proven ability to act at both the strategic and tactical levels in a fast paced; must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task.

- Strong Microsoft proficiency

- Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates and hiring managers.

- The best candidates will draw an extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners.
