Opening_US MNC_Specialist Project Manager_Mumbai  We have a opening in US Based MNC for Specialist Project Manager role.  Location : Mumbai   Shift : 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM With Drop Cab   Job Responsibilities :  Responsibilities :  Job Functions :   - Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.  - Collect and document user and business requirements using a variety of methods including user interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, task and workflow analysis  - Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliverables concurrently.  - Prepare routine status reporting for projects assigned.  - Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and to prepare the impact analysis necessary to design a proper solution.  - Create test scenarios and execute tests on software (as needed) to confirm fixes and/or new application functionality is working as required; coordinate with business users on user acceptance testing for new software releases.  - Work directly with business users to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the business software (as needed).  - Escalate to and work with technology team to resolve complex support issues.  - Contribute to knowledgebase articles to address frequently asked questions and best practices for loan origination.  - Perform all other duties as assigned.  Qualifications :  - 5+ years of core Software Development Business Analysis experience, with overall experience of 6+ years   - Strong background and working knowledge of Project Management, UAT and SDLC  - Managed end to end Business Analysis for at least a few IT projects  - Candidates with CBAP highly preferred  - Bachelors in IT/IS or Masters(MBA preferred)-IS/IT required  - Candidates with US Mortgage/Financial Services background preferred  - Excellent communication skills  Please share these details as well   Current CTC:  Expected CTC:  Notice period :  Reason for job change :  Shabnam Khan
