Specialist - Compensation & Benefits - Research Laboratories & Manufacturing - IIM/TISS/XLRI/SCMHRD (8-10 yrs)
Our client globally renown major with a footprint in major markets across the world with products which have an instant brand recall, cutting edge research laboratories and manufacturing plants which are managed by some of the finest professionals in the domain. They have a vibrant presence in Asia and aggressive plans for their India operations. for their Indian HQ in Bangalore, they are looking at HR professional who has to play a key role in India operations. The role is of a Compensation & Benefits specialist handling the KRA's as mentioned below and reporting into VP - HR.
Requirements :
- Master's Degree, with specialization in Human Resources, from a Premier Institution (TISS / XLRI etc.) ONLY
- Responsible for Compensation and Benefit Strategy for the Commercial and Operations organizations
- Restructuring of the Compensation for the Management Group of employees to bring in consistency with the Global Compensation philosophy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in English.
- Strong leadership, mentoring and training skills
