Specialist - Compensation & Benefits - Auto (10-15 yrs)

- Implement the organization's compensation program and activities so that they meet the organization's objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.

- Process owner of the annual compensation review process and execute it flawlessly with the help of HR Shared Services.

- Responsible for analyzing and evaluating external market data as well as internal data about the organization's current employee population and future human resource needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organization's reward strategy.

- Responsible for providing compensation data to external agencies for surveys and other official purposes.

- Responsible for implementing new benefits plans and renewing existing ones such as Insurance, Parents Mediclaim, Housing loan interest subsidy etc.

- Design and communicate Total Rewards philosophy to officers.

- Play the role of a SME on compensation and benefits and hand-hold HR generalist and HRBPs in understanding the compensation structure and negotiating with the candidates.

- Design the Long Term Incentive scheme (stock and non stock).

International Compensation :

- Responsible for preparing competitive offers for incoming and out-going expats

- Hand-holding SHRBP / HRBP in negotiating with expats

- Providing support to subsidiaries in China, Korea, US, South Africa etc. for compensation revisions, and other C&B related activities.
