SPARTEK - Owner Manager (3-10 yrs)

- Spartek is a pioneer in ceramic floor tiles in India, revolutionised building products industry and created momentum in product and stock markets for a couple of decades.

- Spartek is the brand leader and has just completed major restructuring and will now be launching products in upmarket segment in tiles, sanitaryware, bath fittings, and other bath+ home lifestyle products together with it's international partners from Europe within the next few months.

- The group intends to bring young entrepreneur minded managers to build different businesses to market leader status in a few years with group turnover target in first phase to over Rs 450 crores.

- The team will work with guidance from the Management Board and internationally experienced professionals. Preference will be given to a young, dynamic, hands on and result oriented individuals in the younger age groups around 30s and late 20s for this Start up/post turnaround growth challenge with minimized risk opportunity.

- The group is open to consider higher age groups if they meet entrepreneurial and other criteria required.

Owner Managers: Chennai based

- Young, dynamic and entrepreneurial that can build business on their own and can take responsibility to execute business plans and deliver business and profit targets set. They will have their own budgets and provided funding to develop business as the OWNER MANAGER and resources of the international group will be provided in developing the business.

- MBAs or Engineers and those with 3-7 years sales and business development experience in building materials,consumer products, consumer durables, home interior products, and other sectors that equip necessary experience & good relationship base will be given an opportunity to be part of this global plan.

Salary :

- Base fixed salary will be reasonable with high performance linked rewards and will give the experience needed to lead as CEO for this product group globally or start up on their own on successful completion of the task. All candidates must be capable of growing rapidly in their career, IT savvy, technology friendly, willing to work hands on and with no or lean support teams.
