Spartek is a pioneer in ceramic tiles in India, revolutionized building products industry and created momentum in product and stock markets for a couple of decades as a brand leader in ceramic tiles and known for its product leadership and marketing since the mid 80's for almost 3 decades. The group now tied up several foreign strategic partnerships in current and related areas for projects worth over INR 250 crores. The current growth plans, through the brand strengths should take the turnover to over INR 500 crores within 3 years in first phase.

Our Group owns two leading brands in building/home interior product/construction sector, known for our product leadership, reputed for quality and nationwide distribution network for decades. The group is associated in several foreign (US & UK) strategic partnerships in current and related areas for various upcoming ventures.

The group is introducing a number of new products of high end brands and also initiating several new projects with overseas collaboration. During this conceptualization, initial implementation & monitoring stages, projects are directly consulted by the Chairman's office.

We Require MBA/CAs with 1-3 years- experience and ability to do financial & business models/ analysis, business plans, feasibility studies, good in IT, good in communication, self - starter with hands on approach, willing to learn and grow with the Organization and an attitude to drive the vision.

Any experience in financial entities or market/consultancy entities will be added advantage, as they are expected to do financial analysis and projections assistance.

Functions and Responsibilities:

- Financial and business modelling, Feasibility studies, business plan preparation

- Develop and generate financial reports/analysis, both routine and ad-hoc.

- Summarize conclusions from financial analysis on a pro-active basis and provide key takeaways to business units, projects, corporate finance, and senior functional management.

- Analysing the company's financial statements and operations. Assist with Planning & Strategy presentations

- Preparing and making presentations to senior management/ banks/ investors etc

- Create and translate operating plans and forecasts into financial plans and projections to ensure that the organization achieves its financial targets

- Provide timely explanations of deviations between actual results and forecasts/budgets

- Assist in the preparation and explanation of the P&L to management/investors

Requirements

- A Post Graduate preferably MBA/PGDM in Finance or CA

- 1 - 3 years- Experience in handling Project & company related Financials, Risk analysis, experienced in more than one finance function.

- Experience in investment/debt appraisals by investors/ or banks or work experience with investment or commercial banks/ corporate finance/planning depts of good corporates/rating agencies/ other financial entities is an added advantage.

- Strong finance experience in a professional business environment is ideal.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint and other finance tools.

- Demonstrated proficiency in providing accurate and detailed financial analysis in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

- Proactive individual who should take initiative with an analytical bent of mind

Other Details:

CTC: On par with Industry Standards, Based on last drawn salary. incentives based performance and KPIs
