Looking for Sr Manager/AVP with 8-15 Years of Experience in Backend Operations & MIS  Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate Any Specialization  No of subordinates: Direct-4, Indirect-80-100  Salary: Open  Job Location: Hyderabad  Skills & Capabilities   Team Management, Presentation & Communication Skills.  Business Understanding, Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking  Defines the number, nature and frequency of reports to be submitted to senior management and obtain their approval  Ensures timely preparation of these reports through the team  Checks all reports to ensure accuracy of data  Close monitoring of 24 hours TAT . Ensuring that all forms are closed ( processed and verified) and reported on time and any exceptions to be highlighted .  To monitor associate score card are updated in the right way and cross check the volumes entered vs actual assigned.  Process Notes /SOPs to be reviewed and kept updated on timely intervals ( entry/verification, branch rent & funds, manual approvals)  Ensure one on ones are conducted by the team leaders and managers and written documentation signed by TL & Associate are reviewed every month.  To ensure that trend analysis are conducted and circulated to field staff every month.  Maintain Minutes of meeting for any process updates and circulate it to management and required field staff to sustain consistency at all levels.  Ensure innovation and associates are properly engaged every month and different associate engagement activities are conducted time to time  Monitor and follow up with branches for all the re uploaded cases which get stuck in the queue for a long time.   ensure that both verbal and written follow ups are done by involving the operation managers.  Ensures any unanswered queries are resolved as soon as possible and communicates the same to senior management.  Creates a recruitment plan for the department, ensures it is included in the overall Recruitment plan with HR, liaises with HR to ensure recruitment happens as per plan  Ensures appropriate training and development interventions  Conducts timely and transparent appraisals  Conducts monthly 1:1s with direct reports  Actively manages vertical and horizontal career development of team   Conducts semi-annual skip level 1:1s with all indirect reports,  Weekly Update meeting with MD  Monthly review meeting with direct reports  Positive attitude. Should be able to take feedback positively and work on them to improve  Being Result Oriented  Cultural Awareness  Lean Certified / Six Sigma Green belt certified / trained is a plus, Knowledge of SDLC, Agile or any other development methodology is a plus.  Good knowledge of Microsoft office products (Excel, SQL, Outlook, Internet Explorer or any other)  The successful applicant should know how to designs, analyzes, develops, codes, tests, debugs and documents to satisfy business requirements  The ideal candidate leverage Excel VBA to create macros to simplify and automate MS Excel-based reporting  Experience in SQL Database design, writing DML, DDL, TCL and DCL queries  Please send in your CV's with below details  Current Company:  Notice period:  Current Salary:  Expected salary:  Is notice period negotiable:
