Accountabilities :  Payroll Processing  - Processing payroll for 5000 associates  - Incorporating the quarterly/yearly, salary advances, deductions, LWP, etc.  - Check first cut data against the input file.  - Input into the finance system on a monthly basis  - Handling Statutory Compliance ( i.e. PF, ESIC, PT & TDS) & payroll Process Audit  - Prepare Monthly MIS  - Monthly Checkpoint for monthly payroll (current v/s previous)  Budgeting & Forecasting :   - To prepare annual payroll budget and forecast for future payouts for effective management of funds.  - To keep a tab on budgeted and actual payouts (monthly/quarterly/annually)  - To identify deviations if any and recommend ways to improve the same.  Time & Attendance :   - Checking daily attendance data  - Communicating the variance to Dept. Coordinators  - Incorporate leaves, LWD, etc in payroll  - Upload of data in HRIS  - Prepare Monthly MIS  Full & Final :   - Calculations of dues as per the company's policy  - Verifying sign offs on the clearance form  - Getting requisite approvals  - Payments / follow-ups   Employee Data :   - Input in HRIS  - Managing the Employee HC in the HRIS (addition/modification/deletion)  - Regular update of Staff in DBMS  - Preparing Monthly MIS  Retirals :   - Coordination with Govt.office for submitting monthly PF statements  - Follow up for yearly PF slips  - Ensure Audit Compliance  Benefits :   - All employee benefits  - To keep up to date records of the spends and balances  - Communicating the details to HOD- s  - Preparing Monthly MIS  - Statutory Compliance & payroll Process Audit  - Responsible for all statutory compliance and payroll process audit.
