High level interpersonal skills and communication.  Overall responsibility:  - Reporting to Chief Operating Officer - India  - Preparation of the Brand Strategy for North Region  - Preparation of the Budgets for the Year  - Achieve Sales objectives / Budgets / Toplines / Bottom-lines etc  - Manage cash flows of the Company as per Budgets requirement.  - Manage the Retail Stores in all aspects of retail operations   - Working closely with Chief Operating Manager in regards of sales & target achievements.   - Logistics - including supply chain management and inventory control  - Build / expand the distribution footprint  - Insure cost efficiency to make the business profitable according to the company P&L objectives  - Complete MIS and reporting to the Board and to the Principals and ensure that all store has uninterrupted billing system  - Marketing & Promotions camps and our brand Events program   - Media PR / Communications, Communication with our prestigious customers.  - Develop Brand image and awareness  - Increase the number of customers and control the CRM objectives / strategy  - Team management (including HR responsibilities) to install a good working atmosphere and efficiency according to the company objectives  - Training of personnel within the Team  - Team Motivation / Incentives for Performance Build-Up  - Analysis of the Competition / Strategy to “Manage” competition  - Build a proactive relationship with the management of the company at the Brand Headquarters and India and with the Shared services and Finance and Administration managers.  - And any other function or responsibility that the Company may determine from time to time.   Additional working knowledge & awareness:  Lladro Brand Image and Creativity:  - Business Manager (North) must be the primary Person In Charge of the Brand in North India, for he has to follow and control the retail standards, advertising, PR, programs, merchandising and product presentation to ensure that they are properly applied and implemented  - Define, implement the tactical marketing strategy in order to lead “pull” actions in India and interact with other markets  - Plan the special events and activities for India according to the approved directives, applying quality, profitability and efficiency criteria  - Study and propose creativity opportunities for India, respecting the global orientation of the Company’s Brand Image and profitability criteria  - Support the Advertising and Brand Image actions, bringing constructive ideas and comments on the results achieved and potential alternatives for the Institutional Advertising. Development in adequacy with the PR activities in India and with the Media  - Definition of tactical advertising strategies according to the Company’s global Brand Image, and with profitability criteria, studying the results achieved compared to investment costs  - Maintain appropriate relationships with the India governmental institutions, as well as with the International counterpart Embassies, Consulates, as well as diplomatic and commercial representatives  - Creation and implementation of tactical actions necessary to the application of the Company’s Brands Strategy. Follow exhaustively the Brand’s approved directives   Distribution:  - Build and maintain exhaustive knowledge of the Indian retail and luxury market, in terms of distribution as well as development potential, existing distribution channels, even those which are not used by the Company, such as alternatives validated in the current distribution strategy  - Know perfectly not only the commercial practices, but also have a real comprehension of the culture and habits in India  - Ensure that his/her collaborators visit all the sale points as often as necessary and / or according to number of visits previously determined  - Know (as far as possible), the contribution margin per boutique, in order to properly manage the investments and costs of sales  - Be the last person responsible for the Merchandising in India points of sale according to the resources available  - Control carefully the application of any law or norm which differs of the currently used in Europe / Principal Country, in order to avoid legal problems with distribution, clients or consumers  - Follow, according to the Company’s general management, the tactical decisions to be used for the Company’s Commercial and Brands Strategy Development  - Know the sell-through of boutiques with particular follow-through on new products launches   - Ensure that the stock information is regularly updated   - Be the guarantor of customer service  - Ensure the respect of the worldwide commercial policy  - Optimize the margins  - Suggest to the Management of the Company the product selection and quantities to be ordered from the Principals  - Monitor and collaborate in the improvement of the retail costs structure, so that with maximum profitability, the product is still the most competitive possible. Consequently, he/she must know and provide information as accurately as possible on the different commercialization and distribution costs in India, as well as the competition products prices structures. Concurrently he/she must know the prices of the Brand’s products in the other Areas which influence the consumers, either tourists visiting the region or local inhabitants traveling abroad  - The price structure must be permanently updated and the Product Managers in the Principal’s offices informed of any changes  - Know the commercialization, products, prices, distribution structure, logistics, channels, etc. of competitors and Provide comparison with competition  - Lead a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) of the Indian market, and have it permanently updated, taking into account not only the commercial environment, but also the consumers and competition  - Know perfectly the different Marketing Programs created by the Company, as well as those created in India or used in other Areas (application of Best Practices policy), and consequently, facilitate the access to necessary and relevant information to other Area General Managers through corporate meetings  CRM:  - Try to gain maximum information on the consumers of the Brand’s products in India, and establish the relevant analyses (composition, consumption and purchasing habits, population pyramid, etc.), to find out if complementary analyses are necessary  - Develop relationships with existing customers, especially VIPs, and implement programs to prospect new customers and create traffic in the boutiques to increase sales.  - Apply in a serious and rigorous manner the directives related to the Company’s strategy to establish contact with new customers on a daily basis - and to “Amaze” customers!
