We have an opportunity with one of the client in Pune for Sourcing Support - Data Center Products & Services role.   Please find mentioned below the JD.  Sourcing & Vendor Management (SVM) sources external goods and services by applying best practices while mitigating key commercial, contractual and reputational risks to the Bank.  We offer:  - Support the Data Center Sourcing team in the management and administration of contracts:  - Reviewing the contract renewal report and following-up with team members on actions to be taken  - Leading team wide contract renewal status meetings once per week  - Assisting in the clean-up of historical contracts  - Researching and finding existing agreements  - Loading new agreements into the contract database (MyVC)  - Consolidating team feedback and ensuring records are updated prior to next CERL report.  - Support the Data Center Sourcing team in the management and approval of technology purchase requests:  - Review and approve assigned low value purchase requests off of the team checklist  - Assist in having New Suppliers setup in the procurement system (MyShop)  - Assist in having Vendors mapped to their preferred categories  - Assisting in the creation and administering competitive RFx's and potentially eAuctions  - Know Your Supplier (KYS) processing support  - Preparing the weekly contract review items for the Data Center  Sourcing team:  - Sharepoint maintenance for team savings and project tracking  - Lead low-value sourcing projects for Data Center products and services  - Develop, negotiate, execute and manage low value contracts for Data Center products and services  - Develop, issue and manage competitive RFP's, in cooperation with key stakeholders  - Evaluate and review existing product and service arrangements and recommend alternative strategies for improved efficiencies and cost savings  - Identify and translate operational requirements into systems management metrics, SLA's and contractual terms and conditions  - Lead cross functional teams (end users, legal, IT demand management, etc.) with regards to assigned supplier negotiations  - Manage multiple low-value sourcing projects concurrently  - Update and maintain book of work for all key initiatives, documenting project status, costs and savings calculations  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with primary stakeholders (IT, Legal, Tax, Demand Mgmt, AP, etc)  - Manage assigned Supplier Relationships and act as a single point of contact for negotiations and escalations  You Offer:  - Demonstrated understanding of Technology software, hardware and services  - Technology Sourcing subject matter experience  - 2+ years of contract management and /or strategic sourcing experience  - Must have strong contract negotiation skills: both in-person and in writing  - Strong analytical skills and experience in developing and reviewing technology investment business cases  - Strong communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate to a variety of audiences, including technical teams and management  - Project management skills a plus  - Excellent analytical skills and experience in developing financial analysis and technology investment business cases  - Must be fluent in English (verbal and written)  Jayashree Ghadge Recruitment Specialist Credence HR Services
