Deal with stakeholders seamlessly.   - Drive Weekly / Monthly - Hiring meetings, Maintain strong MIS - Database.   - Should be proficient with different types of Searches on Job-boards and social Media.   - Should be Ambitious, competitive, aggressive and passionate to succeed and willing to work in a fast paced environment.   - Must be willing to work as individual contributor in end-to-end recruitment, able to meet his/her respective targets.  - Should have go getter attitude.  Required Skills/Education :  - Overall 8+ Yrs. of recruiting experience.  - Should have excellent verbal & written communication skills.  - Proficient planning, time management, and decision making skills   - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.   - Availability- 15 days or less.  - Bangalore based candidates are preferred.
