Position Summary:  - The Senior Business Consultant oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects which have well defined timeframes, objectives & deliverable.  Job Description:  - Ideally candidates should have theoretical knowledge of Lean Management, Six Sigma and Business Process Re-engineering.  - Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports to Management including any critical issue.  - Ensure business targets are met during project implementations   - Creating opportunities of upselling/cross selling at the project sites by upholding the quality of work  - Proactively recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and resolution of issues Monitor defined project scope and objectives  - Establishes and leads project team with agreed-upon roles and responsibilities   - Obtains commitment on detailed work plans including schedule, cost, resource, contingency and communication plans   - Assesses project risk and formulates contingency plans   - Plans and leads project meetings   - Training to subordinate and client personnel.  - Face of Sookshm for the client  NB- The projects will be either in Delhi/NCR region or 50 KM around it.  Desired Profile:   - 2-6 years of experience   - MBA with Engineering background from the Tier 1 colleges of India and abroad only   - 1- 2 years of Consulting experience is desirable   - Experience in Manufacturing sector is mandatory  - A quick learner with a zeal to get to the roots of problem   - Excellent hand in excel & powerpoint   - Expert in handling ambiguity   - Excellent communication skills   About the Company:  Sookshm, is a premiere Management Consulting group led by alumni of Premium Global institutes like IITs and IIMs. Sookshm works through a network of 75 advising consultants with experiences at Monitor Consulting, Siemens, Deloitte, BCG, Rio Tinto, Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, Crompton Greaves, Maruti Suzuki, Radikal Rice and Indian Administrative Services.Since it started operations in May, 2013, Sookshm has helped 30 small family owned businesses, operating in 5 different industry verticals.   Sookshm advises businesses on strategy execution and generate sustainable growth.
