Chief Finance Officer - CA

Education - Qualified Chartered Accountant is a must have.

Languages - Fluent in Telugu & English mandatory. Hindi preferred

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing the entire gamut of financial, and accounting activities.

Business Planning and budgeting for effective financial management of the organisation, to achieve its corporate objectives.

Be responsible for project evaluation and feasibility.

Preparing annual budgets for operations, and periodical forecasts exercising budgetary control and managing the working capital.

Supervising the preparation of statutory, management and divisional accounts

Ensuring timely assessment and filing of corporate and individual direct and indirect taxation.

Liaison with commercial banks for fund and non-fund based limits.

Identifying and coordinating special projects for enhancing the organization's performance.

Implementation of financial policies and effective implementation and monitoring Corporate Governance self-assessment

Ensuring Legal and Regulatory Compliance

Timely finalization of accounts Optimizing Fund Allocation.

General Management.

Cost Control.

Heading the Finance.

Overseeing financial & management accounting.

Billings, receivables & cash management.

Capital expenditure & business acquisition evaluation.

Commercial, internal controls, statutory compliance etc.

To plan, prepare and review the annual budget and periodical updates of forecasts;

Develop and implement accounting procedures and policies ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and to the international accounting standards and practices

Monitor organization expenditure against budget and conduct variance analysis. Propose and monitor any actions needed based on such analysis

Prepare timely monthly financial reports for submission to the office as well as for statutory reporting

Design, implement and maintain internal controls to minimize risks and as recommended by external auditors.

Undertake ad hoc projects including conducting due diligence analysis, IT systems implementation and upgrades, etc.

To plan and educate on training and learning sessions relating to Accounts and Finance

Handle company tax issues and liaison with tax agents and/or authorities.

Liaison with external auditors for the annual audit

Handle corporate secretarial matters
