Solutions Leader - Advanced Analytics, Bangalore Area  12+ yrs of experience  Role Description:  - Provide leadership and manage the delivery organization for overall account portfolio. Will need to manage large project accounts which will require ability to engage with customers at C level.  - To lead Delivery Management for all marquee accounts.  - This would include managing customers and their expectations.  - Manage and grow such customer relationships in value, customer satisfaction, revenue mix, Up sell & Cross sell of services.   - Leading, growing and mentoring an enthusiastic team of high energy professionals and build future leaders.   - Delivery Leadership: enhance delivery, quality, governance processes; manage client concerns & escalations; drive productivity, utilization.   - Will drive future growth by managing gross margins, ideal revenue mix.   - Will be involved in solution development, RFP support. Build additional competencies & skills sets in line with market requirements and future growth potential .  Role Requirements :  - Strong knowledge of AA Delivery Management processes, tools, onsite-offshore engagement model.   - Should have handled Delivery of close to 100 people in Advanced analytics for US e-Commerce, Retail, CPG customers with gross margin targets.   - Should have strong customer relationship and project management capabilities. Should possess excellent team management, communication and leadership skills.   - It is necessary that the successful candidate will have strong experience to engage with customers at senior leadership level.  - Should be able to drive Solutioning and proposals. Should have background in Statistics.  - Should be able to do Solutioning. Should be customer facing .
