Solution Specialist  Leading IT Service provider (MNC) is looking for an energetic professional to work closely with Presales team.  Note: Need person from Software solution/Software product sales - entire solution selling.  A person must have presales experience.   Requirement:  Bangalore- Person should be proficient in VMware & Citrix/Storage & Security/Microsoft.  Delhi/NCR-Person should be proficient in Microsoft/Security.  Chennai/Kochi-Person should be proficient in Microsoft.  Mumbai-Person should be proficient in MS/Non-MS  Responsibilities:  - Preparing proposals as per end customer needs, responding to queries, preparing BOQ etc.  - Understanding customer's business domain, designing solutions, creating and presenting customized capabilities to prospects and existing clients.  - Drive individual services revenue.  - New customer acquisition, joint planning with sales team and OEM.  - Presenting and articulating the features and benefits of the solution to the customers.  - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product stacks and to be able to position solutions.  - Create & execute adoption programs (O365/Azure) with Customers.   - Developing solutions that meet customer requirements, ensure seamless deployment, and advance the sale.  Qualifications & Requirements:  - Education: B.E or equivalent  - Language: Regional language and English  - Total 3-8 years- experience with minimum 2 years relevant experience in Cloud computing technologies, Azure, Messaging and Office 365 infrastructure.  - Relevant experience in engaging with clients in various sectors like BFSI, Manufacturing, M&E, Retail etc.   - Experience in Azure/O365/EMS POCs and workshops.  - Experience with executing quick technical feasibility and proposal development for moving identified workloads to Azure  - Good knowledge on Microsoft Exchange Server, Office 365, Hybrid Exchange environment.  - Good understanding of Active Directory 2008, 2012 R2  - Knowledge and experience of MS Products pricing and commercial models and how to optimize for a given engagement or use case.  - Knowledge on Office 365 Migration tools, virtualization technologies etc.   - Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Visio  Amar Acharya Believers Management Consultants
