- Specific Requirements Prior solution architecting experience is mandatory.

- Prior delivery experience essential experiences of solution shaping from top tier organizations are preferred.

- Strong oral and written communication skills essential.

- Exhibit strong ability to manage various stakeholders and influence with the solution construct and decisions.

- Need to work hands on and as an Individual contributor.

- Willing to work long and odd hours as the work demands.

- Willingness to be mobile and meet client travel requirements.

Role description:

- Create the solution blueprint and own the estimating, sourcing, costing and integration.

- Assist the Sales Leads in the development of industrialized standardized and repeatable market relevant solutions to their clients.

- Lead the solution achieves internal approvals and agreed metrics.

- Update the system of record with appropriate solution details.

- Leverage company assets and third party relationships in architecting solutions.

- Engage subject matter experts as appropriate to develop customized solutions creating significant value for our clients.
