Company: India Top Airline / Travel Company  Location: Gurgaon, Delhi / NCR  Requirement:  Work Experience:   Relevant/ Total Years : Total 10+ years of experience  - 5+ years of Software development experience in a multiple technology platforms  IT skills:  - Rich hands on experience on iOS, Android, Windows Mobile/Phone, Blackberry,J2ME, HTML5, technologies / platforms.  - Experience in MDM, MAM, MIM, EMM methodologies framework such airwatch.  - Experience in deploying applications and software across large, complex, fast paced enterprises  - Experience with implementing business systems, reporting tools and applying technology to solve business problems.   - Experience in operational design and change management including implementation of new workflows, procedures, operating controls, system enhancements, software selection and implementation, data management and reporting design.  - Experience in Integration frameworks and Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP)  - Expertise in ESB tools such as biztalk, Jboss, Redhat  - Expertise in SOA architecture and transforming legacy point to point installations to a SOA model  - Experience in business activity monitoring ( BAM), business process modeling (BPM), complex event processing ( CEP) and related tools.   - Thorough understanding of Mobility CoE strategy/Practice, service offerings and frameworks like phonegap  - In depth knowledge and understanding of the Mobility technology market, Competition & Market trends in IT   - Complete understanding of Architecture, design and implementation of mobile based products/applications   - Experience on Native, hybrid and web apps  - Strong in at least 2-3 mobile application technologies- Preferably IOS and Android  - Complete end-to-end knowledge for mobile ecosystem from hardware/firmware, operating systems, applications and middleware
