- At least 15 years of experience in successful people management (team size of 20-50 senior professional) with direct disciplinary, resource and functional authority in product development setup
- At least 15 years of direct experience in architecting/designing new and/or legacy products in the capacity of hands on architect and/or leading team of architects in all phases of product life cycle.
- Strong understanding and belief in importance, methods, tools of upfront systematic design and architecture and passion for understanding the latest developments in similar industry worldwide.
- Strong understanding of international customer environments with an exposure to product setup – IT environment, installation, integration with other systems, multi system deployments, data migration and upgrades
- Sound knowledge on scope management, estimation, technical risk assessment, design to cost and budget control.
- Conversant with SCRUM/Agile development methodologies and exposure in working with multi-site global teams
- Excellent Moderation and Communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to “Make a Statement” & “Build a Consensus” leading to “Managing Conflicts” and “Taking and Standing by Decisions”.
- Excellent presentation skills with an ability to facilitate group of people ( internal/external/both) operating at different levels ( Internal stakeholders, Peers, Senior Management, Partners, Suppliers)
- Ambitious, result oriented & passionate about “People Management”, “Healthcare Product/Domain”, “Product and System Architecture”
- Maintains balanced approach towards people and communication by respecting, appreciating cultural sensitivity and adapts professional approach based on geographical needs.

- Exposure to Radiology workflow and related customer use cases
- Applicability know how of Healthcare standards such as DICOM, IHE and HL7
