Solution Design - Sourcing & Procurement (8-15 yrs)

Bangalore/Pune Job Code: 121063

- Support sales & Geo Business Manager in leading global sourcing and procurement (S&P), F&A outsourcing engagements solution design and transition management

- Complete end to end ownership of responding to sourcing and procurement (S&P), F&A outsourcing RFI's/RFP's for successful outsourcing business award.

- Lead client discovery sessions, business case presentation for sourcing and procurement

- Support S&P, Operations Head and guide S&P, Engagements lead / Process specialists in identifying newer business outsourcing opportunities with existing clients and develop solution responses which result in successful award of additional S&P outsourcing business from current S&P clients

- Global lead for best-practices in sourcing and procurement, case studies discussion and training / mentoring

- Internal Branding; Creates collaterals for presentation to internal stakeholders such as sales, other SDI teams, Delivery teams etc.

- External Branding; Creates collaterals for the sub domain / portfolio for external stakeholders such as analysts, advisors, webinars, workshops etc. Helps drive strong external awareness for his / her sub domain or portfolio

- Understanding Client Business Context, Engages with the client, builds relationships and connects with key client stakeholders

- Partner sales alliance, Collaborate with the Alliances team/ other BUs to define go to market strategy in a sub domain / portfolio specific context

- Develop the customized solution, Review and provide critical inputs for the creation of the customized solution and advices the client on the value proposition of various approaches to meet client objectives. Bring in strong industry relevance to enable customization of the solution

- RFP Process, Reviews and guides the creation of the RFP response and provides inputs to the pricing committee as well as the solution leads to win the deal

Minimum Educational Qualification: Post Graduates in Management or Functional specialists in an area such as Strategy/ Sourcing & Procurement/ operations/General Management

Total Years of Experience: 8+ years

Additional certification on CPSM or APICS is added advantages
