Experience: 8-12 years

Relevant Yrs of Exp: 6+ years in Healthcare

Educational Qualifications: B.E./ B.Tech, MBA

Domain Expertise: Enterprise, Enterprise Mobility

Professional/Specialized Skill sets (preferred or desired)

- Good working background in Health & Life Science domain along with mobility experience

- Experience on building mobile solutions

Mandatory Skills:

- In depth understanding of the Healthcare - Life Sciences/Payer/Pharma domain in order to do healthcare solutioning

- Good exposure to HLS industry, especially from US and Europe market perspective

- Prior experience in conceptualizing and building new business practices / service lines in the Healthcare vertical and creating strong value proposition

Job Description (Detailed):

- This person will drive Solutioning function for HLS vertical for Enterprise Mobility. Will be a critical member of the Enterprise Mobility Solutioning team.

Skills & Experience Required:

- In depth understanding of the Healthcare - Life Sciences/Payer/Pharma domain in order to do healthcare solutioning

- Responsible for conceptualizing and solutioning HLS mobile solutions

- Significant experience in client facing, sales or presales in Healthcare domain.

- Experience in leading high value opportunities while working with multiple stake holders in a larger organization

- To work with geo sales team while planning sales targets, own and drive target for this HLS sector for the enterprise mobility practice

- Managing large multi-location team of Presales & solutions in Healthcare domain.

- Prior experience in conceptualizing and building new business practices / service lines in the Healthcare vertical and creating strong value proposition

- Have good knowledge of IT solutions applicable for various HLS products

- Can drive the responses with help of bidding team and at times independently

- Define the technical mobility solution which is cost effective for customer by going through various in-house and product partner options
