Required Skills:

- Drive solution design and IT services sales opportunities for Dell’s Server Solutions in India

- Build strong relationships with the senior leadership/executive team in key accounts by working alongside sales team

- Conduct cloud accelerator framework and virtualization readiness assessment workshops and use a consultative approach to articulate the value delivered by Dell through services engagements

- Participate in bids, respond to RFP’s and review proposals for technical integrity, quantification of risk, and strategic direction prior to presentation to customer

- Create solution estimators and packaged solutions that can be leveraged by internal teams for quick turnaround of standard RFP’s in virutalization, workload and service automation

- Strong communication, analytical, documentation and client-facing skills

- Good understanding of:

- Operating systems (primarily Windows and Linux) c

- Core infrastructure technologies like Server / Storage virtualization, Networking and archival

- Virtualization Technologies like VMware, Hyper-V and RHEV

- Familiarity with assessment tools like PlateSpin Recon and VMware Capacity Planner

- Engineering graduate with atleast 12 years' relevant experience preferably from a consulting background
