Role: Solution Architect / Senior Solution Architect

Band: A/B (A.V.P/V.P)

Skills Required:

- Possess an IT application services experience of over 10 years in the Industry. Experiences in IT majors are preferred.

- Possess a good understanding of Pre-Sales and Solution activities involved in an Opportunity Pursuit. Experience of having done Solution Architecting activities are highly desired for this role.

- Candidates with Solution Architecting experience are directly considered. It is assumed that candidates with Solution architecting expertise possess either/most/all of Delivery, Industry and Technical expertise, beyond Architecting knowledge. The same shall be evaluated at the time of technical round of discussions.

- The candidate should have a proven track-record in their careers as high-performers and willing to go the extra mile to win the business to the firm or deliver the project for the client.

- The candidate should possess excellent communication (Written & Oral) and inter-personal skills. The candidate should exhibit high-level of maturity and possess diplomatic tendency to handle things deftly and swiftly, at work.

- The candidate should exhibit the ability to perform hands-on as an Individual Performer in this role. Any prior experience of successfully delivering on an Individual Performer role would be highly valued.

Role description:

- Create the solution blueprint and own the estimating sourcing costing and integration across Company enterprise

- Assist the Sales Leads in the development of industrialized standardized and repeatable market relevant solutions to their clients

- Lead the solution achieves internal approvals and agreed metrics

- Update the system of record with appropriate solution details Leverage Company assets and third party relationships in architecting solutions Engage subject matter experts as appropriate to develop customized solutions creating significant value for our clients.
