SDDC Solution Architect
Mandatory Skills:
- Provide expert technical architectural support and guidance for SDDC and cloud solutions in the product incubation phase and during the development of solutions and services.
- Act as the subject matter expert to deliver technical assistance for field and partner engagements in pre-sales solution opportunities
- Advanced technical knowledge in cloud provisioning, cloud management and datacenter automation tools including Cloud Automation Center and Cloud Operations management solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical and business expertise of cloud industry directions and trends
- Work collaboratively with Product Management and Engineering during the development, launch and continuing refinement of Cloud products and solutions
- Develop solution tool kits, best practices & architectural references
- Preferred Certification in the relevant skill
- Demonstrated critical thinking and advanced troubleshooting skills and qualities
- Must be effective in working both independently and in a team setting
- Strong consulting soft skills and tactful conflict management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral, are required
