Job Description :

- Desired candidate should have good presentation skills, Communication skills

- Should have strong knowledge on Layer-1, Layer-2 & layer-3 protocols

- Should have worked on data solution such as MPLS- L3 & L2 technologies, Internet, P2P links

- Should have worked on Voice solutions such as PRI, Toll free, Audio and Video conferencing

- Knowledge on Machine to Machine (M2M) solutions, Mobile applications, Cloud & SIP would be an added advantage.

- Preparing high level document (HLD), Solution document, responding to RFP's

- Should be able to understand enterprise customer requirements and propose suitable solutions and should handle - C- level engagements

- Should work closely with network team, product team and provide regular feedback to improve and develop new services

- Regular training sessions to be conducted to enhance the product knowledge of sales force

Qualifications :

- Preferably an Engineering graduate (ECE, CSE, IT)

Technical Qualifications :

- Cisco certified Network Associate (CCNA) - Mandatory.

Additional certification - CCNP, Juniper etc.. would be an added advantage

Experience Required :

- Minimum 3 years as pre-sales / Solution specialist in ISP/ carrier services
