Roles and Responsibilities :  Profiles with Sysadmin background : This candidate primarily adds value with their production experience and insights in consulting, designing, and implementing IBM Power Server technologies.   - You should have worked on AIX technologies with roles involving planning, design & implementation of AIX, Micropartitions, Virtual I/O server (VIOS), PowerVM and PowerHA   - Experience working on performance tuning, troubleshooting production issues involving multi-tier architecture solution is desired.   - You are expected to have minimum 5-6 years relevant experience on the above mentioned technologies.   Required Skills :   - Power Systems/ AIX/ PowerVM/ PowerHA   - Prior experience planning and implementing Micropartitions, Virtual I/O server (VIOS), HACMP (PowerHA), AIX Performance Tuning, Server Administration and Troubleshooting  - Customer Facing Experience, Technical Articulation, documentation & Presentation Skills.  - Ability to rampup fast on new technologies, relate them to customer requirements, propose new solutions to address pain points.  Experience : 8 -15 years  Job Location : Mumbai
