Job Description  - Recommend best practices to define process adhering to best practice and ensuring SRS and LLD are in sync with recommendations and design.  - Ensure that a disciplined approach is followed for future architecture requirements.  - Ensure that all requirements and development match the long term roadmap for service assurance. Continous evolution of the service assurance roadmap to meet new network needs/technology.  - Achieve trusted partner status and maintain credibility with customers from operations, business, product development and engineering teams by establishing strong relationships and helping to bridge the gaps between those customers and the IT Architecture and Development groups.   - Study and Analyse issues in the Service assurance space by close interactions with the Network and Service Operations center.  - Design and Deliver solutions for requirements in service assurance domain.  - Review and validate Architecture and Design proposed by vendor. Recommend best practices and approach to refine the Architecture and Design  - Recommend best practices to define process adhering to best practice and ensuring SRS and LLD are in sync with recommendations and design.  - BE (Electronics, Comp Science ), with Masters Degree or MBA preferred  - Good knowledge of the existing OSS, BSS, and IT applications (commercial and open source) and vendor landscape.  - Working experience with any of OSS/BSS functional areas such as Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management, Workflow Management, Self Care Portals, Service Assurance, Inventory & Asset Management.
