Forms a part of presales oprganization that supports markets teams during a pursuit lifecycle solutioning

Responsible for creation of differentiated solutions that meets the customer requirements.

Responsible for creating all customer deliverables and commercials for the pursuit

Orchestrates a suitable response to client's requirements by means of RFP/RFI/RFQ/Proposal creation

Stakeholder Management

Responsible for complete stakeholder management during entire pursuit cycle and maintain relationships with multiple entities within the ecosystem involving, Markets/Pursuit team, Solution design SMEs, Transtion Office, Commercials CoE, Technology Office, Business Consulting, Professional Services, etc. Act as a bridge integrating the different stakeholders.

Data Analysis

Analyze and infer various data points received/gathered as part of pursuit process-includes ticket dumps, IT estate analysis,competition analysis, etc.

Offshore Pursuit Management

Plan for, schedule and attend inter/intra team meetngs and discussions. Drive the discussion while capturing MoM and POA to further the pursuit process.

Be a Single Point of Contact for all activities forming part of a typical pursuit process-plan for and schedule Solution Storyboarding sessions, Leadership reviews, Client Orals,etc.

Delivery Assessment-Support pursuit and markets team while going through delivery assessment session with SBU delivery team.

Artifacts Management:

Prepare presentations and other documentation in relevance to the propositions planned for the case.

Knowledge Management:

Responsible for deal-level knowledge management initiatives and its quality artifacts creation, version management and distribution.

Responsible for driving some of the maturity & knowledge management initiative.

Compliance:

Support compliance initiatives - strict adherence to Bid Management process in line with laid down procedures and approval matrices.

Solutioning and Transformation Themes:

Develop complex solutions in transformation deals working with broader ecosystem and effectively articulate the value proposition/differentiators in the deals

Contribute to developing solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners

Client Visits. Responsible for planning and managing customer visits including Planning, agenda creation, content development, organizing demos.To assist acquiring new customers/logos and up-sell/cross-sell to existing ones by evaluating, analysing and responding to client requirements by means of RFP response/Proposal submisisons, client visits, stakeholder managemernt, etc.End to end ownership of smaller/less complex pursuits. Partial ownership/contribution for larger/more complex pursuits. Independently handle large multi-tower managed services deals and ITO deals with moderate complexity.
