Solution Architect (Microsoft, CRM and ERP) (12 -16 Yrs), Gurgaon

Designation : Solution Architect

Location : Gurgaon

Experience : 12 - 16 Years

Skills : Solution Architecture with experience in Microsoft Technologies with good experience in CRM and ERP. Having experience in Big Data will be a huge plus.

Job Description :

- Interacts with company and stakeholders to architect the solution.

- Contribute to the Web Strategy by proposing, defining and refining recommendations helping to achieve the Strategy.

- Propose, develop and maintain Architecture of Web and Mobile solutions in line with the Web & Mobile Strategy.

- Facilitate the evaluation and selection of software product standards, as well as the design of standard software configurations.

- Ensure that technical solutions support goals, maintain operational integrity and security, and comply with defined standards.

- Analyze the IT environment to detect critical deficiencies, and recommend solutions for improvement.

- Consult with application or infrastructure development projects to fit systems or infrastructure to architecture, and identify when it is necessary to modify the solution architecture to accommodate project needs.

- Evaluates current and emerging architecture trends. Recommends enhancements supplementing gaps, driving improvements and applying architecture standards. Contributes to governance.

- Leads technology assessments, agile/iterative proof of concepts demonstrating incremental business value and designs to evolve data architecture.

- Develops and contributes to complex statements of work, work breakdown structures and/or level of effort and staff plan.

- Document all solution architecture design and analysis work.

- Work closely with the program management office (PMO) or project office to ensure alignment of plans with what is being delivered.

- Works well in a matrix organization and partners across the functional business, to understand business, technology and process requirements.
