Solution Architect - BPO

Job Title: Solution Architect

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Reporting to: Head Transformation & Technology Solutions

Responsibilities:

- Opportunity identification in BPO domain to add value through IT

- Enhance existing BPO output/deliverables through Technical Solution

- Contributing to all layers of our technology stack including back-end services, databases, APIs and web-based user interface

- Mine areas, where IT solution can value add

- Conceptualize an Integrated (IT + BPO + IS) solution

- Get acceptance of solution from BPO Delivery Teams and also TCS BPO Customer

- Leverage TCS BPO and TCS IT/IS/Domain Expertise in Solution Conceptualization and Delivery

Skills:

- Hands-on Experience to all SDLC Phases

- Expertise in Technical Design

- Exposure to overall technology architecture domain

- Project Management \ Lean Six Sigma

- SOA, BPM, Togaf, cloud

Qualification : B.E. \ B.tech.
