Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  - Certified Microsoft Enterprise Architect - preferred  - TOGAF Certified - preferred  - .NET, XML, SOAP, Web Services development experience  - Domain experience on Enterprise systems and have worked on Enterprise Architecture  - hands-on experience building and managing complex application landscapes including integrations between application as well as external parties.  - good understanding of Microsoft technology stack - integration technologies (WCF, Biztalk), SQL Server, operations and monitoring   - ability to motivate, coach, review and evaluate performance of functional solution designers.  - provide functional application expertise to other team members, act as a visionary and strategist.  - demonstrate strong customer focus and ability to respond to and deal with customer/project demands and issues in professional and capable manner.  - ability to adapt to organisational change and work within challenging environments.  Key Responsibilities 	  - Ownership of solution blueprint for IT implementations. Lead and own the design of the overall solution for a project.  - Provide guidance for design decision from non-functional requirements prospective: performance, scalability, reliability, security.  - Contribute to scope and risk management; actively work with project manager, technical architect and functional solution designer and other senior project team members to ensure project delivers on time, cost and quality.  - Involvement into project due-diligence helping to shape functional requirements including analysing requirements, identifying gaps, envisaging and owning the proposed IT solution, assisting in the provision of accurate phasing, timescales and cost estimates  - Work closely with the delivery team to ensure solution adherence to signed off design, technical standards and  policies.  - As a member of Architecture Charge Board contribute to technical standards and policies, communicate  decisions to teams and guide projects towards compliance.  Key Relationships	  - reporting to Group CTO  - closely interacting with CIO of Asset Division, divisional CIOs, Head of Shared Services Group, PMO of AD  - peer relationship with members of architecture group (solution architects and technical architect)  - project managers and project team members.
