Job Description

- You will be responsible for continuously improving the usability, scalability and reliability of organization's platform and applications.

- You will work closely with the solutions team and the development team to convert requirements to application architecture and design.

Preferred Skills:

- 5+ years software development experience in Oracle DB

- 3+years software development experience in J2EE technology including Java, JSP, EJB,JMS.

- Most recent experience in a techno functional role

- Experience in enterprise business application design and development.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, Relational databases and Data Modeling.

- Good understanding of Oracle Database Architecture.

- Hands on experience with S

- QL performance tuning and Oracle database tuning.

- Familiarity with Oracle database administration

- Strong HTML, XML/XSL, Ajax, Javascript knowledge.

- Hands on experience on one or more (Apache, tomcat, websphere, Jboss, weblogic) application server administration.

- Exposure to enterprise business applications such as ERP or CRM

Mandatory Skills:

- Extensive business development experience in a consulting and/or professional services Environment

- Strong technical solutions architect in a consulting environment, including time supporting sales and managing technical staff and implementations

- Solid experience in infrastructure architecture and design of complex distributed systems environments, including failover techniques, recovery/rollback, and application partitioning

- Strong presentation, executive client management and business development skill

- Strong comprehension, analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal) are mandatory

Roles & Responsibility:

- Participate in the presales process to understand customer business and technical objectives and product requirements

- Maintain current and in depth knowledge of the entire organization's product line

- Effectively communicate solutions architecture to the customer, third parties and the project teams

- Create prototypes, proof of concepts and conduct solutioning workshops

- Participate in evaluating technologies that are used for organization's EPM platform

- Work closely with the solutions team and the development team to map customer requirements to GRC standard products.

- Help in BA gap analysis and advice on technical feasibility of gaps.

- Design and develop application framework for customization and configuration of organization's Solutions

- Work closely with organization's Functional Architects for ensuring scalability and reliability of demo solutions.

- Work with organization's internal R&D group to help customers with hardware and software sizing.

- Evaluate new technologies and introduce them to fill gaps in technology stack.

- Develop software components that are usable by product development team, Solutions and the QA team.

- Work with platform and products team to design and review new features.

- Travels a lot

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Business.

- 10 + years experience in software industry.
