Sokrati, a leader in Paid Search & Social Advertising, provides a sophisticated technology solution to efficiently manage Digital Marketing campaigns for several large brand clients in India. We are currently a 200 people team and growing extremely fast to gain more market share and roll out even cooler technology solutions in Digital Advertising space.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help scale the HR team.

@ Sokrati, you will:

- Own the recruitment process and strategy end to end in alignment with organizational goals

- Have the autonomy to decide channels, methods, incentives & resources required to meet the organization's short term and long term goals

- Communicate updates on progress to senior leadership regularly

- Create sustainable processes to drive recruitment in the long-run

- Ensure referrals are being interviewed as per the TAT and feedback is being shared to the referrers.

- Work with the Core HR SPOC on areas such as Documentation and Reporting

- Maintain various trackers and databases and align them to organizational business goals
