Sokrati, a leader in Marketing Automation & data analytics, is looking to recruit Sr. HR Manager. As the company scales its growth journey; this role will play & own critical functions across HR, Recruiting & Office Administration.
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining & promoting Sokrati's Culture - Upholding Sokratian-first culture, championing data-driven decision making, frugality, innovation led thinking and more.
- Talent Acquisition - owning up the recruiting goals and driving efficiencies in terms of time to hire, cost of hires, processes, etc.
- Policy innovation & management - e.g. appraisal processes, industry salary benchmarking, rewards & recognitions, etc.
- Process innovation & management - e.g. new Sokrati onboarding, induction programs, data management, exit formalities, etc.
- Great interpersonal skills to own & manage Sokratian Relations - e.g. Conflict resolutions, grievances, career consulting, etc
- Legal knowledge around people policies and other organization best practices
- Team morale & management managing the Recruiting, HR & Administration teams
- Owning Payroll management and queries related thereof
- Identifying & managing various Vendors supporting HR & Administration
Requirements :
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Product Start-up experience will absolutely be preferred
- Strong on data & analytics with comfort around Quantitative analysis
- Eye for micro-level detail
- Great story-teller and presentation skills
- Action oriented attitude to simply get things done
