Software Development Manager - eCommerce

Immediate requirement for Managers with very good academics for the world's renowned E-Commerce company.

They are looking out for Senior Development Managers.

We are looking for a senior tech leader to define vision, architectural direction and lead delivery of multiple initiatives from Bangalore center. As the Senior Manager, software development, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction and execution for a large software system. You will be managing a cross-functional team to develop solutions that span from language processing to large scale service oriented systems. You will also be responsible for working closely with other managers of software development teams.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

- A minimum of 5 years of management experience.

- A minimum of 9 years of relevant development and design experience.

- Experience in building high-performance, highly-available and scalable distributed systems.

- Experience with employee development, performance management and delivering results.
