Looking for 12+ yrs of Software Developers with 5+ years in software management and a proven ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements

Requirement needs are should have

- Worked for Product based / Web based companies and have Rich hands-on programming experience in Java or another object oriented language (Java/C++/ C)

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (preferred)/equivalent from premier institutes (IIT,BITS, IIIT, NIT) with 7+ years relevant work experience.

- Data structures and Algorithm

- Problem solving, and complexity analysis.

- Object Oriented coding, OOPs /OOAD

- High Level Design and Low level design

- Programming experience with HTML/Apache/Cloud computing/MSN/Azure

- Proven ability to architect large scale systems.

- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical employees
