Software Delivery Project Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the delivery of projects through the complete lifecycle from aspiration through to Operations. This will include ensuring that the project is delivered on time, meet business & technical requirements and is within the agreed budget.

- Understand the high-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team.

- Responsible for control of critical client based projects, client liaison, including pre-sales, analysis, cross functional development and systems integration projects for Company.

- Monitor and manage the project process and track progress against milestones, deadlines and budget. Report on these items to key stakeholders.

- Deploy technical solutions using system development life cycle methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.

- Able to balance conflicting and changing demands through prioritisation and a pragmatic approach.

- Set overall programme quality and performance standards.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 8 - 10 years of work experience.

- Working knowledge of Programme Management, e.g. Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Prince2 and agile project management tools and methodologies, RequisitePro (Requirements Management Tool), Rally Dev (Agile Development Tool), ALM Quality Center (Testing Tool).

- Extensive knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms, enterprise software applications and outsourced systems.

- Strong planning and organising skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.

- Prefer PMP Certification and End to end SDLC project management experience.

- Would be an advantage if knowledge of Silverlight, MVVM Patterns.

- Good people management and stakeholder management skills.
