Key Responsibilities :   Manage all aspects of the implementation and delivery of software to internal and external clients worldwide  Ensure the timely, high-quality and cost-effective delivery of software projects;  Own the overall accountability, for the end-to-end delivery of projects  Resource, capacity and personnel management aspects of the Delivery team  Provide Technology leadership to the team, decide on Tech Architecture   Maintain existing and establish new partners required for the delivery for the customer  Candidate Specifications:   A Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science.  10-15 years- experience in the software development field, with demonstrated performance working with customers, leading the delivery of product and solution offerings.  Knowledge of Healthcare domain.  5+ years- experience in project, program or development management.  Good understanding of and experience with off-shore, multi-location distributed software development model.  Good understanding of development processes (agile and other latest methodologies), quality and testing best practices.  Strong technical background with expertise in multiple software technologies.  Strong Interpersonal Skills.  Project Cost Estimation and Project Pricing.  Project Management Skills including tracking, reporting, and resource management  Suitable candidates may contact :   Tushar Uppal  Antal International 022-40634930
