Job Title : Strategic Engagement Manager

Reports to : Branch Manager

We are hiring a Strategic Engagement Manager - Mobility Services (SEM) . (The Strategic Engagement Manager position is a field sales role).

The SEM should have pre-sales and solution sales experience in one or more of the the following verticals :

- Mobile device sales to corporate customers

- Mobile device management sales

- Sales of Blackberry or similar devices to corporates

- Sales of Mobility apps

The SEM will be responsibile for driving Apple solution sales to corporate customers. The SEM is expected to have a good understanding of the Apple mobility and devics portfolio, a good technical perspective of Apple solutions and interact / engage with customers at multiple levels to create a compelling value proposition that will benefit the customer organization.

- Softcell's target customer is large private sector companies. We do not sell to Govt., PSU, Education and Reseller Channels and therefore we require only those candidates who have experience of selling to companies in the private corporate sector.

Job Profile :

- Sell Apple's mobility and devices portfolio (Mac, Pads and Phones) to corporate customers and reach to the revenue goals of the Apple SBU.

- Drive solution sales of Apple portfolio to corporate customers and generate services revenue for Softcell.

- Understand the value proposition and benefits of various Apple products and generate large revenue opportunities of Apple and Mobility solutions from the corporate customer segment.

- Prospect, develop, up-sell, cross-sell and generate new business opportunities with the target customers.

- Manage the overall solution sales process, from qualification through closing.

- Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.

- Understand and articulate the company's value proposition to customers for Apple solutions.

- Network with the sales and marketing team of the Apple and its distrbutors.

- Periodically update knowledge of Apple products portfolio, solutions and get sales certified.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of solution sales experience in selling Apple or related mobility solutions to corporate customers.

- Technical certifications on Apple products and good technical knowledge of networking, OS X, iOS, etc. vis-a-vis competing products.

- Ability to conceive technical solutions, requirement analysis, scope of work, etc. for Apple related solutions.

- Candidate should have experience of selling to Corporate Customers. Channel sales experience is not considered a relevant experience for this position.

- Good written and oral communication skills is a prerequisite.
