Softcell Technologies - Solution Architect - Mobility Services

- We are looking for senior technical consultants with a passion for mobile technologies to join us as Tech Lead - Mobility Services. You will be working on the Mac/iOS and their integration into enterprise networks. The role requires ability to multi-task and deliver online/offline webinars, conceptualize enterprise solutions, proof of concept of capabilities of Mac/iOS in enterprise, support sales team in bid submission, technical enablement of team, etc.

- You will be working on Apple's Mac/iOS technologies and related enterprise technologies like Microsoft AD/Exchange, Virtualization, Cisco VOIP, MDM, Mobile Security technologies, etc. You should have existing certifications on Cisco, Microsoft, CheckPoint / Symantec, AirWatch, etc. and will be required to become professionally certified in Apple technologies in 6 months.

We're looking for someone who can be equally hands in client management and also managing the delivery team providing highly technical solution implementations. Part of the role requires you to be interacting with clients and front ending projects and therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. You will be involved in presales, customer solutioning, brainstorming product ideas, to make it a successful client engagement right from the beginning.

The candidate will be required to :

- Understand enterprise IT roadmap on mobility and define solution areas that the company should focus on.

- Define mobility services offering and convert the services into standard product offering that can be positioned to enterprise customers.

- Gain a deep understanding of Apple products & technologies (like security, etc.) and their integration into enterprise IT.

- Work with the sales & pre-sales team in customer bids for enterprise deployment of Macs & iPads.

- Possess techno-commercial skill to define SOW and provide cost estimate.

- Prepare technical manuals and documentation.

- Deliver online/offline webinars on Mac/iOS in the enterprise, Mobile Device Management, iOS+Cisco integration, etc.

- Train and enable teams across India in understanding the technical proposition and skill areas.

Desired Skills and Experience :

Must Have Skills :

- 6+ years of hands on technical work experience in technology areas like Microsoft AD, Exchange, Cisco Networking / VOIP, IT Security, Virtualization, etc.

- Certification / good understanding of Apple Mac/iOS desirable.

- 5+ years of experience in leading client engagements.

- Good understanding of network architecture and integration skills.

- Ability to drive technical solutioning during presales phase.

Professional Skills :

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

- Good customer management skills.

- Should have prior experience of managing teams.

- Ability and prior experience in leading and mentoring a team technically.

- Good troubleshooting skills.

- Should possess time management skills and should be able to work under serious deadlines.

- Should be a self-starter and should be able to motivate the team.

- Should be willing to travel.

CTC will be commensurate with experience and will range from Rs. 12-15 lakh per annum (with a portion of the CTC attributable to variable salary).
