Position Title: B2B Business Development Manager

Reports to : A.V.P. Strategic Accounts

Requirement is urgent

Position Purpose :

- Responsible for profitable growth. This is new position, created specifically by CEO, to aim for rapid category expansion and contributing to organizational transformation.

- This position cuts across all current 4 business verticals and future expansion and coverage is pan India basis.

Key Result Areas :

- ITY Business Top Line Growth (Organic / New)

- ITY GOP

- Build/ maintain/nurture prospect and qualified prospect pipeline

- Design, Manage, Delivery of Solution

- Thought leadership / training

- Contribute building consulting capabilities of organization

- Building Knowledge Warehouse

Key Qualifications:

- BE / B Tech + MBA (must)

- Min 4 years; Range 4 to 8 years

- Understanding Client needs, Capturing As Is, Scoping methodically, Conducting and recording in depth due diligence, Solution building, Using Process Framework and tools, Bringing in new concepts

- Strong analytic ability .Must be able to cast and experience in P&L Building

- Project Management, Client Management, Concept building, Advanced MS Office exposure, Process engineering/ re-engineering

- Excellent Presentation skills, MS Visio , MS Excel and MS PowerPoint usage expertise

- Communication skills, People skills, , Team working skills, Diligent, Result oriented

- Well versed with SLA's, KPI, Performance Reporting metric's

- Able to produce results within virtual team environment by collaboratively working with multiple stakeholders

- Self-starter, Innovative bend of mind, Positive attitude, Assertive

- Trustworthy, loyal, ethical

- Fast paced, enthusiastic

This position is company's leadership pipeline build wherein candidate has to display maturity, perseverance and ability to lead cross functional team as per set process's and populate usage of tools, frameworks through leading by example. Successful candidate must have mix of business development, consulting and sales management experience.

Traveling to meet client, regional office is essential. Client location stay is typically limited to 3 -4 days. Approximately 12 to 15 day / month is average travel frequency.

This is client (external as well as internal) facing with underpinning of consultative solution selling. Candidates who are willing to work hard, who are committed, willing to learn quickly and display ownership for bringing in result will experience rewarding and fast career growth within country organization. For achievers, there are avenues to become part of company's global footprint.

- We encourage candidates from IT service, Facility management, consulting domains who have started their career as consultants and now are willing to work on client facing business development side, prove the merit by results and stake claim, in due course of time, for Sales Head/ Business Head / Key Account Management / International Large Account.

Position title is commensurate to previous experience. Compensation range is 8 to 12 LPY.
