Position Purpose: As an executive recruiting talent partner you will interface with business and leaders and deliver qualified talent to fill critical business vacancies. Responsible for establishing & maintaining campus relationships across India, providing quality talent from there within a specified timeframe with a continuous focus on building a talent pool for the future.

Key Responsibilities :

- Attract a diverse group of high-quality passive candidates while delivering an exceptional recruiting process.

- Develop passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research

- Manage relations across businesses and Talent Recruitment teams, establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers in order to understand their business and recruitment needs and fill their open positions in a timely manner

- Effectively build talent communities and drive brand awareness through various channels

- Collaborate with Principals/ placement officers of various colleges/universities administer all campus recruitment activities.

- Prepare appropriate strategies for all campus events and interview processes.

- Develop and implement all short term and long term strategies and ensure consistency in same.

- Coordinate and maintain relationships with department heads, alumni and staff and provide interface with all candidates.

- Review all performance annually and compare efficiency of strategies with drafted plans.

- Analyze all campuses records and demographics on regular basis.

- Collaborate with recruiting teams and provide support to all recruitment activities and ensure best practices.

- Develop and maintain professional contacts with office employees and students and maintain good relations.

- Maintain knowledge on all market attributes and assist departments to prepare long term recruitment strategies.

- Develop and supervise compliance to budget for campus hiring and recruitment activities.

- Manage efficient recruitment of new staff for all special business line and monitor all plans for staffing.

- Design appropriate strategies and monitor effective implementation of all plans according to procedures.

- Supervise the sources to build candidate pipeline with little guidance.

- Execute sourcing strategies to determine the talented candidates with due attention to diversity openings.

- Monitor all work and ensure compliance with all national and state regulations.

- Supervise all administrative functions for campus and ensure neat and clean appearance.

Key Competencies/Experience :

- Excellent communicating skills, both written as well as verbal

- Knowledge about personnel recruitment procedures

- Experience in leading the Campus Recruitment function for a large organization with a strong focus on strategy & execution.

- Proven reporting and recruiting analytics experience, including an ability to leverage and interpret data to inform recruiting strategy.

- Experience recruiting in a multi-unit/multi-state organization strongly preferred.

- Business acumen for recruiting, including the ability to understand how the position s/he is recruiting for fits into the business and department.

- Understanding of assessments and tools.

- Adept at workforce planning, forecasting and developing talent pipeline strategies.

- He/She needs to be a strategic thinker with high resilience to work in a competitive and rapidly changing environment.

- An exceptional communicator who inspires confidence, builds relationships readily, and is able to influence in a consultative manner
