POSITION REPORTS TO One Head of OPER - ORG "BCM mission" in Bangalore

Objectifs Premiers:

The mission Business Continuity in the department OPER - Organization is responsible for:

- Supporting Operations Teams in their Business Continuity Management strategies,

- Provide key services to Project Sponsor on various missions, summarised as below

- Provide a clear and synthetic view of our resilience capacity

- Highlight the perimeters in risk in case of crisis

- Propose BCM strategies with the coordination of cross-functional projects (Re-organization/Transition)

- Frame BCM strategies (Roadmap/Worldwide governances/Methodology applied)

- Assess the risk in case of crisis and the requests to mitigate it with production teams

- Participate to the rationalization / alignment of Business Impact Analysis

- Follow the solutions implemented in our Recovery sites

- Realize synthetic BCM presentations to onshore managements

- Coordinate the tests

In this context, the Project Manager manages and executes the mission in accordance with the confidential policy laid by the sponsor.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the OPER Organization Team, the main responsibilities of the Project Manager are as follows

- Coordinate the set up of our Business Continuity Management plans in case of crisis and assist SGGSC OPER Exco.

- Frame the mission objective and follow appropriate methodology and governance in coordination with the Project and /or Program Manager, to ensure deliveries are made on time

- Leads organizational tasks independently in accordance with the objectives of the Sponsor

- Drives and unites contributors of the mission for achieving the objective

- Provides permanent control on the mission in terms of challenges and risks

- Act as a high standard service provider for our internal clients to meet their expectations and satisfaction in term of mission deliverables, governance and communication. Should contribute to convey an OPER ORG image of professional. Ability to communicate clearly about the missions (planning, resources, constraints, priorities)

- Analyse and assess potential impact of the mission to other teams, processes and departments to ensure delivery of sponsor objectives

- Analyse the impacts of the deliverables from the other projects on our Business Continuity Plan

- Plan and lead workshops with stake holders to obtain conclusive inputs and feedback

- Identify and raise alerts - Report to management the progress on the mission as well as potential issues / decision needed, attention points should be raised to the right person at the right time

- Work in pairs with Paris, London, Asia remotely to efficiently execute mission deliverables. This is to be done in a productive environment, promoting team spirit and professionalism.

- Participate and contribute to discussions on mission returns on experience, attend weekly Opco meetings to ensure seamless integration of Paris, Asia, NY, London and Bangalore teams.

- Cooperation and participation to the improvement of the Business Continuity mission efficiency: transfer and receive of knowledge/expertise to the other project manager in the other locations, knowledge sharing, standardization of reporting, communication about best practices or new ideas.

SMART OBJECTIVES

1.Common Operational Objectives

Framing - The project charter, the note carding or document kick -off must define the workload phases, roles and responsibilities. The activities to be mentioned in the service offer: pre- scoping, project / program expertise, project management, opportunity studies, critical studies, methodological expertise and supplemented by a document identifying contributors as appropriate

Reduction of Risk - Develop a culture of risk by projecting the issues and deliverables of the mission on an operational risk matrix during the launch of a mission, including an exchange with SAFE / OSM / BCM / CMO to analyze risk in terms of operational business and objectives to be addressed during the mission.

Return on Mission Experience - Delivering systematic return of experience at the end of each team where we studied and applied the BCM methodology (maximum of one month after closing), end of the every 6 months minimum, on the basis of a written report supporting the mission of the team. Content to be included are business content, challenges, lessons learned, methodological return.

KEY SKILL AREAS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

- Strong Project Management skills

- Strong knowledge in risk approach especially on resiliency and Business Continuity Management

- Strong knowledge in operational macro processes of different asset classes - trade capture, booking controls, confirmation, settlement, payment, reconciliation

- Able to work in high pressure environment

- Very good communication skills both written and Oral - able to adapt communication to all levels.

- Good skills to lead contributions to the project

- Good understanding of Front to Back trade processes

- Former experience in CIB operations and operations knowledge in different asset classes is a plus

Qualification - same as above

Education level - High School or equivalent

Work experience - 10-15 years

Contract type- Permanent
