- Responsible for analyzing the needs of the business controllers and coming up with solutions to business problems.  In coordination with Business teams Paris, you'll take part in :  - Writing Business Requirement Specifications on technical evolution that successfully delivered necessary change in a manageable way.  - Update of process documentation for key aspects of Corporate Center financial management including process flow charts and work instructions in support of enhanced resource management and business continuity  - Work on software implantation on MSBI technology  - Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications  - Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.   - Participate in implementation, including maintenance, user allocation, file design, coding, error removal, logic optimization, systems re-evaluation, testing, final corrections, and program and run time documentation.  - Assisting in the preparation of user and system test plans.  - Is still focused more on the technology side and less on the business side  - Providing a link between the users, the development team  - User assistance each month  - Strong relation with business's team (Gestion Propre) in Paris  Keys competencies and skills :   Project Skills : Run & workflow, test planning, UAT & testing, supporting strategy rollover  Business skills : Budgeting and planning, business modelling, client relationship, change management, business analysis.  Minimal Tools to know :  Highly skill in excel and MSBI, .net, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI technology  Minimal Required experience :  - 5 years at minimum is required including financial experience.  Functional background : Business Line Financial Planning & Analysis  Methodology : Scrum and project coordinator in agile-scrum framework  Qualifications :   - Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities with skills to identify problem root causes and solutions proposal.  - Strong knowledge and application of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control principles, policies and process.  - Thoroughness and ability to work independently on multiple concurrent assignments with minimal supervision.  - Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.  Behavioural Skills :   The role must have the following behavioural skills :  - Ability to quickly learn new applications  - Ability to work in a cross-cultural team with multi geographical locations.  - Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with counterparts in SG Paris
