Job Profile

- Understand user expectations and develop functional requirements and raises clarifications with stakeholders

- Knowledge Transfer to the development team on Functional Specifications.

- Train developers on functional concepts and resolve functional problems faced.

- Acts as SPOC for business requirements and represents the end user in the development team, Work effectively with other team members by sharing best practices.

- Undertake End to End and Regression testing activities for the feature studied and developed by the offshore team.

Primary Responsibilities -

- Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process Oriented.

- Strong fundamentals in Core banking, Corporate, Investment Banking & Capital Markets.

- Strong business analysis skills.

- Excellent logical thinking and reasoning abilities.

- Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods

- Capability to work with customers and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery.

- Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases.

Must Have Skill(s)

- Strong experience in Back Office Applications related to Deal Processing (especially settlement, clearing and collateral management)

- Knowledge of Regulatory reporting

- Experience on SQL

Desired Skill(s)

- Knowledge of RDBMS concepts would be a plus.

- Worked on at least one project with minimum 6 months period.

- Knowledge of compliance functions would be an added advantage
