Hiring for leading E-commerce company.

Designation - Social Media Program Manager

Location - Hyderabad

Exp - 3 yrs in social media (For MBA) / 7 yrs for Non MBA

- The successful candidate will maintain a complete and thorough understanding of the social media environment and how customer service plays a role.

- This includes implementing change and developing innovative processes and technologies to service customers on the platform of their choice.

- In addition to expanding the reach of social support, this candidate will ensure a great, consistent experience which matches the company brand and voice.

- He or she must demonstrate exceptional written and oral communication, which will build positive productive relationships with many stakeholders and partners around the world.

- The candidate must overcome time zone and geographic distance to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure compliance with business policies.

- He or she must deal with the complexity of multiple lines of business and regions.

- This position will be located in Hyderabad, and will report to Support Services Manager.

As Manager, Social Media Strategy, you will be responsible for the following:

- Develop a strong team to innovate on behalf of the Customer

- Partner with key stakeholders to develop a vision for social support

- Define product roadmaps with your team based on that strategy

- Work closely with design, engineering, usability, marketing, public relations, legal and program management teams both within customer service and across the company to test and launch features and products

- Partner with field operations on creating an exceptional service experience

- Manage priorities and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support

- Write narratives to influence peers and senior management
