Must have previous client experience working on social media marketing programs as well as executing word-of-mouth campaigns (including blogger/influencer outreach programs)  Location : Gurgaon  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role - Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  - Social Command Center Lead serves as the lead strategic voice and coach for social command center team and he / she would be based out of client office (Gurgaon). Our client is top two wheeler manufacture in the country and one of the most admired brands in the India and worldwide. Ideal candidate should be passionate about riding and motorcycles category. He / She would be required to work closely with Vice President - Social Media / Listening to set up and scale social command center team to be best in class social command center in the country / world. Work closely with multiple teams at client office to deliver actionable insights that had direct impact to client business. He / She would need to have working knowledge of all top listening / social media management tools.   - Candidate will provide day-to-day supervision to listening team to on (and not limited to) social media channel, community management, content creation, digital public relations, promotions, partnerships, blogger and influencer outreach initiatives, online events, etc.  - Work closely with VP - social listening and rest of client social media team to implement best practices / research, on time and on target.  - Create social listening reports / analysis using tools and research audits including (and not limited to) content strategy plans, competition research and digital audits.   - Create weekly / monthly detailed social media reports, key analysis popular content topics, community quotes (verbatims) and monitoring results; work with analytics team and oversee preparation of metrics, tracking and activity reports as based on client reporting needs.   - Offer key insights for improving reports / analysis to enhance business needs across different client's teams. Exhibit understanding of online market and digital capabilities.   - Brainstorm/ideate around program executions/campaigns. Interpret data and analyze results to generate insights and formulate the strategic implications to clients  - Candidate shhould have 5 to 7 years of dedicated social experience at an interactive, advertising, communications/public relations or marketing agency. Must have previous client experience working on social media marketing programs as well as executing word-of-mouth campaigns (including blogger/influencer outreach programs).   - Passion for social media and community building online, including knowledge of social media platforms as well as tools of the trade. Excellent oral, written, interpersonal communications and presentation skills.   - Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully, across multiple tasks. Knowledge of online tracking and monitoring tools and ability to search and find key content within social media (will be trained on advanced monitoring solutions for the brand). A sense of humor and ability to work in rapid, sometimes high-stress environment.   - A team player who can be accountable and flexible. Experience using analytics and research to drive business decisions.   - Ability to successfully manage multiple internal and external initiatives/projects in a deadline-driven environment. Passion for digital analytics and strong desire and capacity to learn.  - Candidate will manage the recruitment, retention and professional development of the social command centre team. Determines the correct roles, responsibilities and expertise needed to scale and grow social command centre team. Operating in a collaborative way with a positive attitude is key to success.   - Presenting complex ideas/concepts to senior leaders Shoukld have proven ability to create and manage a social media discipline within an agency or businesst, develop high level social strategy, leverage social across platforms and integrate social media into overall marketing strategy.  - Deep knowledge of all aspects of the social space: platforms, vendors, measurement, content creation, media, tools and technology. Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a highly collaborative environment.  - Has shown an intellectual curiosity and a passion for digital analytics. Has experience performing analyses on large data sets, interpreting data and generating insights.
