Regional Marketing Sr.Manager/Associate Director - B2B   Strategic Asks from this Role :   - Build Brand snapdeal.com as the marketplace of choice for sellers  - Contribute to the objective of reaching a million sellers selling successfully on snapdeal.com within 3 years  - Gather local insights into the regional SME base through on-ground connect  - Segment the SME target and develop appropriate outreach strategies for sharp targeted marketing campaigns  - Develop bespoke events & program campaigns with maximum relevance and impact   - Own and deliver on a events and program calendar  - Conceptualize, design and execute bespoke Direct Marketing campaigns  - Execute the Alliances marketing strategy   - Develop, plan and execute all BTL marketing campaigns regionally to deliver on our seller acquisition objectives   - Monitor and measure all campaigns keenly from a ROI perspective and adapt plans swiftly   - Manage and monitor spends against the budgets   - Plan innovative BTL campaigns to deliver business impact  Other Responsibilities :  - You will manage a regional marketing activation capability with key city BTL Executives reporting into this role  - You will also work closely with the ATL, PR, Digital Marketing and U&R teams for B2B marketing to deliver 360 degree coordinated campaigns  - Work with the internal teams for ensuring constant high rise in getting the businesses online.  - Work closely and brief the Brand team on creative development for bespoke regional activities, events and Direct Marketing activities  - You will develop and manage regional vendor capability to deliver events, programs, collaterals etc.   - Your team will be responsible for delivering on-ground support in marketing collaterals and events to the B2B U&R/CRM team   Experience Qualification :  - MBA preferred. However deep and relevant experience in Marketing required  - Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience  - Hands on Experience and capability to Think, Design and lead a regional Marketing Activation role  Knowledge and required skills :  - System based and organized  - Practical/Market exposure  - Innovative   - Cost control and strong negotiation skills
